You will turn new users into loyal sharers. At SnappCar, we’re on a mission to cut the number of cars in Europe in half by making sharing smarter than owning. As our new CRM Marketeer, you’ll play a key role in activating, retaining, and re-engaging users. Your campaigns will drive more trips, increase customer lifetime value, and strengthen our community — all while contributing to a more sustainable world.
What you’ll do
Develop and implement a CRM strategy that nurtures users across the lifecycle — from onboarding to reactivation
Create and manage targeted, data-driven campaigns via email, push, and in-app messaging
Segment users based on behavior and lifecycle stage
Collaborate with Product & Design to improve the customer journey
Continuously measure and optimize based on behavioral data, segmentation, and A/B testing
Contribute to brand awareness through CRM-driven campaigns
Set up and iterate growth experiments across digital and offline channels to drive measurable impact
About you
We’re looking for a motivated and driven marketeer to take our CRM and growth efforts to the next level. In this role, you’ll create smart, personalized campaigns that boost engagement, retention, and business growth.
2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, or marketing agencies
Proven track record in CRM and data-driven marketing
Strong storytelling and communication skills
Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality that fits our scale-up culture
Genuine passion for SnappCar’s mission and the role of tech in greener transport
Action-oriented, proactive, and eager to make an impact — even if you don’t tick every single box
