Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager at SnappCar, your goal is to ensure a seamless and rewarding experience for both car owners and partners on our platform.
You’ll focus on building strong relationships with car owners, driving their engagement, and supporting them to keep their cars active on the platform. By deeply understanding customer needs, you will proactively solve issues and improve satisfaction and optimize the overall user experience.
Dutch language skills are a hard requirement for this position!
As a Customer Success Manager at SnappCar, your focus is on customer satisfaction, expansion, and retention. You’ll work closely with SnappPartners—customers who manage multiple vehicles on the platform—ensuring they get maximum value from our services. As part of the Supply team, you'll play a key role in keeping vehicles available and fostering long-term relationships with our partners , helping them stay engaged and active on the platform.
These are some of the topics you will be responsible for:
■ Build, expand and maintain strong, long-term relationships with SnappPartners;
■ Convince potential suppliers to become a SnappPartner based on available data;
■ Act as first point of contact for SnappPartners queries and ensure timely and effective solutions;
■ Ensure smooth implementation and train SnappPartners in using the platform;
■ Maintain regular contact with SnappPartners to understand their needs and identify any issues before they escalate;
■ Inform Snappartners about additional products/services that add value to their usage;
■ Analysing customer data and preparing reports on customer satisfaction, usage, and success statistics;
■ Managing and improving processes e.g.; onboarding, keyless, parking spots.
The ideal Customer Success Manager at SnappCar is a highly motivated, results-driven individual with a strong background in customer success. With at least 2 years of experience in customer contact—preferably in a B2B setting—you have a proven track record of managing relationships, upselling, and delivering outstanding customer service.
You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a commercial mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are action-oriented, and have a hands-on, proactive attitude, always looking for ways to add value. Your eagerness to succeed is matched by your ability to spot and pursue opportunities with a light opportunistic approach.
Additionally, you have an intrinsic passion for SnappCar’s mission and are excited about the role technology plays in sustainable mobility, with experience in keyless technology or tech platforms being a strong plus.
