In SnappCar’s high paced scale-up environment, the Customer Support team is the beating heart of our car sharing community. In this role, you are a SnappCar ambassador, as you engage and activate our users and help them with their questions and challenges, including (but not limited to): insurance & damage related issues, renter/owner disputes, account related questions and helping renters with immediate technical issues. The team offers their support to our growing community 365 days per year.
Since you work in a young and driven team, partly covered by students, you use your expertise and passion for support to coach more junior level team members. In this role, you will also work closely together with other teams inside SnappCar. You will have a lot of opportunities to float creative ideas and have a significant impact on both the platform and the Support team.

An intrinsically motivated Support Specialist, driven by solving problems and in doing so helping to achieve SnappCar’s mission: getting more cars off the road. With positive energy, and without using a personal script, you are helping our users with questions, challenges, and feedback.
