An intrinsically motivated Support Specialist, driven by solving problems and in doing so helping to achieve SnappCar’s mission: getting more cars off the road. With positive energy, without using a personal script, you are helping our users with questions, challenges, and feedback.

We ask of you to:
be demonstrably experienced with inbound and outbound customer service;
have excellent Dutch & English language skills are a hard requirement for this position;
be available for 32-40 hours per week;
be able to occasionally work irregular shifts (evenings/weekends/holidays)
That said, enthusiasm and positive energy will take you a long way. So, if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements mentioned above, we still encourage you to apply! The only hard requirement is having excellent Dutch language skills.
